Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery takes 5–8 working days after dispatch. Orders to North America generally take 5-14 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy holiday periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather, etc.).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please remember to check your junk inbox if you have not yet received your tracking email.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order details and a valid proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Please note that due to health and safety, only unused items are eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Events including, but not limited to: incorrect operation/maintenance of the product, normal wear and tear (dents, scratches, etc), intentional damage, modifications and other events not wholly related to the original manufacturing of the product will not qualify for a refund.
